Accelerated Migration

Orchestrated the transition from Segment to Tealium. By prioritizing high-value event streams and mapping a clean transition logic, we cut the project timeline by 2 months.

Unified Tracking Architecture

Developed a standardized, "write-once-deploy-anywhere" tracking framework across multiple repositories. This involved creating custom TypeScript interfaces to ensure strict data-layer compliance across different product teams.

Automated Governance

To solve the "broken tag" problem, I engineered a schema validation layer. This framework acts as a pipeline blocker; if a developer pushes code that violates the tracking schema, the build fails, and a real-time alert is triggered.
